Polish government will dedicate 20 billion on human development

There won't be twelve metropolis in Poland

In the governmental bill on the project concerning the metroplitan areas, the following agglomerations were enumerated as potential metropolis: Warsaw, Silesia, Lodz, Cracow, Poznan, Wroclaw and Tricity, Bydgoszcz together with Torun, Szczecin, Bialystok, Lublin and Rzeszow. However, there were introduced some changes.
