Warsaw Summer Jazz Days 2009

This is the biggest Jazz Festival in Poland that lure the biggest stars of world's jazz to perform there. This year's edition has a lot to offer:

Behemoth: „Glory for killers of Saint Wojciech”

Well known Polish metal group – Behemoth – will be sued by the prosecutor’s office because of their new song which contains worlds that may offend Polish religious feelings. “Glory for killers of Saint Wojciech” may be heard on “Pandemonic Incantations” album.

Cultural events in Pomerania and Kujavia region

26 – 27 June Toruń, International Festival of Religious Songs “Songs of Songs”. That will be the biggest presentation of Christian music artists in the Region of Middle-East Europe. Arka Noego, Magda Anioł, Tomasz Budzyński, Mikołaj Pospieszalski will perform.

Ladies Jazz Festival 2009

Ladies Jazz Festival 2009 starts on 9th July 2009 and will finish on 15th July. This event is going to be started with a strong hit as Harriet Tubman featuring Me’Shell N’degeocello project titled: "Om Supreme" dedicated to Alice Coltrane will have its premiere!
