Lightning stroke killed two teenagers

Two teenagers died from the lightning stroke in the town Kotulin in Gliwicki conty. The accident took place during a camp. Both victims were 19 years old.

Time of knight's tournament and battle

On Tuszynskie Fields next to Koronowo will stand face to face Polish worriors and monastic knights. They will recreate the battle which took place on the 10th of October 1410, a few months after the Grunwald battle. In Sandomierz will take place the XII Knight's Tournamnet for the sword of Zawisza the Black of Grabow. The main part of this year's programm is planned on sunday. It will start with the king Wladyslaw Jagiello's entrance to the Old Town.

Poles in Imagine Cup semi-finals

Polish students who are taking part in semi-finals in the international technological competition - Imagine Cup, moved on to the semi-finals in this prestigious event. Imagine Cup is an annual technology competition organized by Microsoft. This year 200 thousand students took part in it. 340 people from 61 countries reached the finals in Paris.

Euro 2012 only in Poland, without Ukraine?

UEFA checked this week to what extend is prepared Poland and Ukraine to Euro 2012. The officials from the European federation are convinced that Ukrainians will not be ready with new roads, hotels and airports. According to the Polish newspaper UEFA wants to move the final match or even the whole tournamnet to Poland.
